The partners are excited to announce the appointment of a Human Resources Manager to the firm. This appointment will support the recent growth at JB Morrison as well as the culture and wellbeing programme.
Ngaire Titov-Smith
Our new HR Manager is Ngaire Titov-Smith. Ngaire is an accomplished professional with experience in the legal, diplomatic and arts sectors. She has recently been the Business Support Manager for an urban design consulting firm. Previously she held an HR role with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. Ngaire has a passion for people and culture and was attracted to the opportunity to lead the cultural direction of JB Morrison.
In addition to providing HR support to the firm, we are looking to Ngaire to help us preserve and strengthen the culture and communications within the firm. Ngaire will provide direction and oversight to optimise our recruitment and HR processes, including development and leadership opportunities for staff aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
