The partners are excited to announce the appointment of a Human Resources Manager to the firm. This appointment will support the recent growth at Morrison Kent as well as the culture and wellbeing programme.
Our new HR Manager is Ngaire Titov-Smith. Ngaire is an accomplished professional with experience in the legal, diplomatic and arts sectors. She has recently been the Business Support Manager for an urban design consulting firm. Previously she held an HR role with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. Ngaire has a passion for people and culture and was attracted to the opportunity to lead the cultural direction of Morrison Kent.
In addition to providing HR support to the firm, we are looking to Ngaire to help us preserve and strengthen the culture and communications within the firm. Ngaire will provide direction and oversight to optimise our recruitment and HR processes, including development and leadership opportunities for staff aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
Ngaire is a true believer that every aspect of an effective workplace comes down to the people you employ and then nurture going forward.
“It is the people who are the lifeblood of any organisation.” – Ngaire.
Ultimately, we are looking to move the firm forward as an environment that encourages co-operation, teamwork, initiative, innovation and the continuous improvement of quality service.
