Morrison Kent is now accepting applications for our 2023/2024 Summer Clerk Programme. We are seeking enthusiastic and driven summer clerks to join our Wellington and Rotorua offices.

Ngaire Titov-Smith

People & Culture Director

Ngaire is an accomplished professional with experience in the legal, diplomatic and arts sectors. She has recently been the Business Support Manager for an urban design consulting firm. Previously she held an HR role with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. Ngaire has a passion for people and culture and was attracted to the opportunity to lead the cultural direction of Morrison Kent.

In addition to providing HR support to the firm, Ngaire will preserve and strengthen the culture and communications within the firm. She provides direction and oversight to optimise our recruitment and HR processes, including development and leadership opportunities for staff.

Ngaire is a true believer that every aspect of an effective workplace comes down to the people you employ and then nurture going forward.
