Retirement Villages

We have assisted clients with the establishment of retirement villages under the Securities Act regime and continue to work with them in the transition to the Retirement Villages Act.

Examples of our recent work include a major due diligence exercise on a group of retirement villages for an Australasian investment company, the establishment of a 42-unit development in Wellington and ongoing assistance to a boutique retirement village.
