Experience
Jamie specialises in all aspects of property law including acquisitions and disposals, commercial property leasing, property finance and securities, commercial and residential development, unit title schemes and subdivisions. He has also done work in less common property fields such as forestry, Maori land law and layered leasing.
Jamie advises two of Wellington’s most innovative development companies, Building Solutions Limited and Globe Holdings Limited and also a number of other clients on development, leasing, acquisition and disposal and numerous other property related matters.
Jamie has been a member of the firm since 2001, and is a member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.
