Tom has expertise in all aspects of personal property and asset protection.
He advises clients on the establishment and effective administration of trusts along with all other aspects of asset protection such as relationship property and succession planning. In addition to advising on personal property matters, Tom assists clients with their day to day business affairs and legal requirements.
Tom has been with the firm since 2002, having previously practised as a staff solicitor in a boutique Wellington firm.
