Experience
Jonathan practices broadly in the corporate & commercial sector with a special interest and expertise in private equity, technology, licensing & international trade.
During Jonathan’s legal & business career he has had extensive experience in the area of exporting & commercialization of technology in international markets, being intimately involved in the establishment of international joint ventures, off-shore subsidiaries, off-shore contract manufacturing arrangements, international licensing & distribution.
Jonathan had previously been a partner of Morrison Morpeth which was one of the firm’s predecessors. He rejoined Morrison Kent as a partner in 2006 after having spent the previous 10 years in the commercial sector as an executive director of a number of private companies and a public listed company. Each of these companies was involved in the development and international commercialisation of various products & technologies.
