Experience
In Bryce’s 20 years of extensive commercial property experience, he has acted for listed companies, government departments, mutual superannuation funds, finance companies, Iwis, private companies, foreign Investors, receivers, family & trading trusts and private individuals.
He has by way of example documented complex rural & urban residential subdivisions, industrial park subdivisions and sale and purchase of businesses. He has also worked for finance companies and for receivers involved in the sell down of assets.
In addition Bryce has an extensive private client base and a particularly strong interest in putting in place structures that protects personal and family wealth from future challenges.
Bryce joined Morrison Kent in 1987 and is a member of the Auckland District Law Society Committee for Property & Business.
